1. Introduction

The FBD-9.0 mine explosion-proof press-in axial flow fan is a high-efficiency, low-noise local ventilation fan designed for underground mining applications. It features two counter-rotating impellers that rotate in opposite directions, with the motors directly coupled to the impellers in a straight-line configuration. The fan consists of four main components: the collector, stage I main unit, stage II main unit, and diffuser. Both the collector and diffuser are fitted with inner core tubes, and the surfaces of the core tubes are lined with ultra-fine glass wool and perforated panels for sound absorption.

The fan is equipped with two YBF-2 series flameproof three-phase asynchronous motors, featuring an explosion-proof type with marking Exd I. 3. Operating Environment

The FBD-9.0 mine explosion-proof axial flow fan can be placed flat on the tunnel floor or suspended on the tunnel wall for use. When placed on the floor, the fan's air intake (collector end) must not be submerged in water or mud. The fan is suitable for use in ambient gas temperatures ranging from -20°C to +40°C, with atmospheric pressure between 86kPa and 106kPa, and relative humidity not exceeding 95% (at 25°C). The altitude should not exceed 1000 meters. The power supply should have a rated frequency of 50Hz, with voltage levels available in 380V, 660V, or 380/660V, 660/1140V dual voltage configurations.
