Adjustable-blade axial flow fans are axial flow ventilation devices that can adjust the blade installation angle during operation via a hydraulic adjustment mechanism, thereby regulating the fan's air pressure and air volume in real time. Unlike traditional fixed-blade or manually adjustable fans when the machine is stopped, adjustable-blade axial flow fans achieve "stepless adjustment during operation," continuously adjusting air volume and air pressure by changing the blade angle while maintaining a constant fan speed, perfectly adapting to a wide range of load variations.

Product Applications

Adjustable-blade axial flow fans, with their advantages of high pressure, large air volume, high efficiency, and wide adjustment range, are widely used in several key industrial sectors:

Power Industry: In thermal power plants, adjustable-blade axial flow fans are widely used as forced draft fans, primary air fans, and induced draft fans. These induced draft fans are also suitable for combined induced draft fans with increased pressure requirements after the addition of flue gas desulfurization (FGD) and denitrification systems, and can also be used as desulfurization booster fans. As power plant unit capacity increases, adjustable-blade axial flow fans have become the preferred equipment for large power plant boiler ventilation systems.

Iron and Steel Metallurgy Industry: Widely used in sintering dust removal, flue gas desulfurization and denitrification pressurization or induced draft systems. In iron ore sintering and granulation units, it can be used as a cooler and exhaust fan.

2. The adjustable blade axial flow fan has an adjustment range of 10% to 100%, maintaining high operating efficiency even in low load areas of 20% to 30%. The blade installation angle adjustment range is typically 0° to 61° or even exceeding 60°, offering a wide range of airflow and total pressure variations.

3. The adjustable blade axial flow fan boasts an annual utilization rate of over 99%, requiring a major overhaul only once every 4 years, resulting in a long overhaul interval. It employs a thin oil station with strong oil lubrication and air cooling in its bearing system, resulting in low bearing temperature rise (≤35℃) and long bearing life (≥80,000 hours).

4. The adjustable blade axial flow fan can achieve vibration levels as low as ≤2.5mm/s and noise levels ≤85dB(A). Some products have A-weighted sound level noise of 20-22dB, significantly lower than comparable axial flow fans.
