Product Description
Axial flow fans are ventilation devices that can be directly connected to ventilation duct systems, with airflow running axially. Axial flow fans are compact in structure, easy to install, and particularly suitable for embedding in ducts.
Duct axial flow fans mainly consist of a cylindrical casing, impeller, motor, and flange interface. Depending on the operating environment and media requirements, duct axial flow fans can be equipped with ordinary motors, explosion-proof motors, or high-temperature resistant motors. The casing material can also be selected from various materials such as cold-rolled steel plate, galvanized steel plate, fiberglass, or stainless steel to meet the ventilation needs of different scenarios.
Technical Advantages
Duct axial flow fans have several significant design and manufacturing features that make them stand out among many ventilation equipment:
1. High Energy Efficiency and Low Energy Consumption
Duct axial flow fans adopt a wide blade, large chord length, and spatially twisted inclined blade design, combined with a low-speed, high-pressure coefficient design method, to achieve an optimized balance between airflow and air pressure.
2. Low-Noise Operation
Through aerodynamically optimized impeller and casing design, and a low-speed drive scheme, the operating noise of the duct axial flow fan is effectively controlled. The noise level of conventional models is approximately 72~74 dB(A), which will not cause significant interference to the working environment.
3. Reliable Structure and Maintenance-Free Operation
Duct axial flow fans mostly adopt a direct-drive method. The impeller is dynamically balanced, achieving a balance level of G2.5. The casing is treated with epoxy resin electrostatic spraying or hot-dip galvanizing, allowing for long-term use in humid or slightly corrosive environments.
4. Flexible Installation and Strong Adaptability
The flange interface of the duct axial flow fan can be directly connected to standard pipelines, supporting various installation methods such as pedestal mounting, hanging, and wall mounting.
5. Safe, Reliable, and Adaptable to Multiple Scenarios
Depending on the operating environment, the duct axial flow fan can be equipped with a standard motor, an explosion-proof motor, or a high-temperature resistant motor. Explosion-proof fans are suitable for flammable and explosive environments of IIA and IIB categories T4 and below, such as the petroleum and chemical industries. Corrosion-resistant fans are made of fiberglass or stainless steel, enabling them to transport corrosive gases and ensuring long-term stable operation of the equipment.

Product Applications
Dual-flow axial fans, with their compact structure, easy installation, and large air volume, are widely used in the following fields:
1. Industrial Fields
Factory and Workshop Ventilation: Suitable for ventilation, heat dissipation, cooling, dust removal, and harmful gas treatment in factories and workshops in industries such as metallurgy, chemical, light industry, food, pharmaceutical, papermaking, and power plants.
Pressed Air Supply and Exhaust: Installed in series at intervals within long exhaust ducts, it can effectively increase the air pressure in the duct, delivering air over longer distances.
Special Environment Ventilation:
Explosion-proof type: Suitable for flammable and explosive environments in petroleum, chemical, and other IIA and IIB categories (T4 and below).
Corrosion-resistant type (fiberglass/stainless steel): Suitable for environments containing corrosive gases, such as electroplating and pickling workshops.
High-Temperature Resistant type: Suitable for high-temperature flue gas emissions (up to 180℃ and above).
Fire Exhaust: Some models can meet the special requirements of fire exhaust systems and are suitable for emergency smoke extraction during fires.
2. Residential and Commercial Buildings
Office Buildings and Residential Ventilation: Used for wall-mounted exhaust, ducted air supply, and roof ventilation to improve indoor air quality.
Hotels, Shopping Malls, and Underground Parking Garages: Handles the fresh air supply and exhaust for air conditioning systems, regulating indoor temperature and humidity.
Laboratories and Warehouses: Ensures air circulation and removes harmful gases or odors.
3. Agriculture and Specialized Industries
Greenhouses: Used for ventilation and climate control in crop cultivation environments.
Transportation Industry: Used for ventilation systems in subway tunnels and underground passages.
Food and Pharmaceutical Cleanroom Piping Systems: Requires 304 stainless steel to meet hygiene and cleanliness requirements.
