High-pressure centrifugal fans are indispensable key equipment in modern industrial production, environmental protection, and material conveying systems. They can output very high air pressure while meeting air volume requirements. The impeller diameter is relatively small, but the rotational speed is high. The blades are mostly forward-curved, enabling higher pressure to be achieved within limited space. High-pressure centrifugal fans are widely used in boiler ventilation, environmental dust removal, tunnel ventilation, chemical explosion protection, and many other fields.

Product Structure
1. Impeller
The impeller is the core working component of the fan. Common blade types include forward-curved (e.g., 9-19 type with 12 blades, 9-26 type with 16 blades) and backward-curved R-plate blades. After forming, the impeller undergoes static and dynamic balancing, achieving a balance level of ≤4.0 according to national standards. The blades and impeller cover are molded, precisely positioned, and continuously welded, resulting in excellent aerodynamics and operational stability.
2. Housing: The housing is constructed from high-quality steel plates, continuously welded into a spiral shape. This provides high structural strength and excellent airtightness, effectively preventing gas leakage. Large housings (No. 14~16) can be manufactured with a two-part structure, divided into two halves along the central horizontal plane for easy disassembly and maintenance. The product surface is treated with spraying or baking paint, resulting in an attractive appearance and corrosion resistance.
3. Air Inlet: The air inlet adopts a convergent, streamlined, integral structure, molded and pressed for excellent airflow rectification, reducing intake losses and improving efficiency. The air inlet is bolted to the front cover assembly, forming a single unit with the inlet ring for convenient pipe connection.
4. Transmission Assembly: The transmission assembly consists of a main shaft, bearing housing, coupling or pulley, etc. The main shaft is precision-machined from high-quality carbon steel (such as 45# steel). The bearing housing is an integral structure using rolling bearings, lubricated with machine oil or grease. Transmission methods include various types such as Type A (direct drive, suitable for No. 4~6.3), Type C (belt drive), and Type D (coupling drive, suitable for No. 7.1~16).
5. Base/Site: The integrated steel base boasts high structural strength and is equipped with spring vibration dampers for vibration isolation. It features an aesthetically pleasing appearance, high stability, and effectively reduces the impact of operating vibrations on the foundation and piping.

High Temperature Conditions (≤250℃): Stainless steel (304/310S) impeller and high-temperature bearings are optional.
Corrosion-Resistant Conditions: Stainless steel, fiberglass, or special anti-corrosion coatings are used.
Explosion-Proof Conditions: Equipped with explosion-proof motor and explosion-proof structure, obtaining explosion-proof certification, and zero gas leakage.
Wear-Resistant Conditions: Uses 16MnCr5 wear-resistant steel or wear-resistant welded impeller, increasing wear life by more than 3 times.
4. High Efficiency and Energy Saving
Wide high efficiency range, avoiding performance degradation caused by slippage at the operating point. Optional high-efficiency motors (IE3 and above) and frequency conversion control systems can achieve energy savings of 15%~25%. With the comprehensive upgrade of the GB 19761-2025 energy efficiency standard, the market share of high-efficiency and energy-saving models continues to increase.
5. Compact Structure and Convenient Maintenance
Integrated base design facilitates installation and maintenance. The transmission box is compact, requires less oil, features precise bearing coaxiality, and offers excellent stability. The V-belt pulleys are made of high-quality cast iron tapered sleeves, facilitating easy disassembly and maintenance.
