Technical Advantages
1. Core Component – Impeller Design
The impeller is the core component of the medium-pressure centrifugal fan. The high-quality impeller uses backward-curved R-plate blades. The blades and impeller cover are molded, precisely positioned, and continuously welded. After forming, they undergo static and dynamic balancing, achieving a balance grade ≤4.0 (national standard). This results in excellent aerodynamics, high efficiency, low noise, and stable performance. For dusty gas conditions, radial blades or an anti-wear coating can be added to significantly improve wear life.
2. Volute and Housing
The housing uses a continuously welded volute made of high-quality steel plate, providing high structural strength and good airtightness, effectively preventing gas leakage. The product surface is treated with spraying or baking paint for an aesthetically pleasing appearance. For larger sizes (1400mm and above), a split-type structure can be manufactured for easy assembly and disassembly in height-restricted locations.
3. Air Collector
The convergent streamlined air collector is molded, providing excellent rectification, effectively reducing intake turbulence, improving efficiency, and lowering noise. It is integrated with the inlet ring for convenient pipe connection.
4. Transmission System
The transmission system employs an integrated cast iron gearbox, ensuring precise bearing coaxiality, compact size, low oil consumption, high stability, and easy maintenance. The main shaft is precision-machined from high-quality 45# carbon steel, providing ample safety and fatigue resistance.
5. Base and Vibration Damper
The integrated steel base provides high structural strength and incorporates spring vibration dampers for vibration isolation, significantly reducing vibration transmission and improving operational stability.
